SCADA includes data collection and transfer it to a central site for analyzing data and control the equipment then displaying data on the screens. SCADA is used for monitoring and control of Factory, Equipment or Transmission Networks. Control may be initiated automatically or by sending operator commands.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"u40250-11\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">SCADA system consists of three major parts:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul id=\"u40250-18\" class=\"list0 nls-None\">\n<li id=\"u40250-13\"><strong><span style=\"color: #00aae7;\">Central Station (Master station)<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li id=\"u40250-15\"><strong><span style=\"color: #00aae7;\">Remote Terminal Units or RTU<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li id=\"u40250-17\"><strong><span style=\"color: #00aae7;\">Communication lines for sending and receiving data and commands or Data Link<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"u40250-20\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Control and monitoring performed by SCADA is done through collecting information of remote terminals and sending them to data center via communication lines for processing and perform necessary operations. After processing and decision-making, the central computer sends necessary commands to remote terminals via communication lines, they adjust the system by received commands. Communication between terminals and data center can be in various ways such as public phone systems, VHF, UHF, Fiber Optics, Radio and Satellite network.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"u40250-22\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Thuraya satellite network has\u00a0 establish a secure connection through a reliable network.
